I started in Real Estate in 2010 right in the middle of the housing crisis. I personally never had the intention of being a real estate agent, especially selling real estate fulltime. I was getting my license to help those in a difficult time by giving them the right information as well as I wanted to get into the rental business. I figured this would give me knowledge about Real Estate laws etc. See when I was 20, I was one of those people that bought with the no money down etc. loans but I did not have anyone to help me or guide me through the process.
