2021 Portage Indiana Home sales are up drastically in Value. The amount of closed homes are currently down compared to 2020. There were 482 Closed properties in 2021 compared to 543 the year before. Now, with these lower inventory it helped drive the home prices up. The Average home sold for 12.09% higher in 2021 at $229,302 with the price per square foot up 16.79%. The average time on market for a house was also only 13 days in 2021.
